Battery Warranty Depreciation Policy

Battery warranty claims are subject to a depreciation value calculation, which will apply from the date of delivery for each battery type. The depreciation value is determined based on the time elapsed from the date of delivery and will be used as a discount toward the purchase of a new battery. This policy ensures fair and transparent coverage for battery replacement.

The calculated depreciation value will reduce the total warranty coverage proportionally and will serve as a discount on the purchase of a replacement battery. The exact depreciation rate will be determined based on the remaining value of the battery at the time of the claim, following industry-standard guidelines.

This policy ensures that customers receive support while recognizing the natural wear and performance decline of batteries over time. For detailed information or to inquire about a specific warranty claim, please contact Extraordinary Cart Co. customer service.
